Metin Yoleri

Metin Yoleri, who stands out with his approach focused on sustainable transformation in education and holistic development, is an educational leader specialized in the structuring and management of education systems at both national and international levels. A graduate of Süleyman Demirel University, Yoleri completed his master’s degree in Educational Sciences at Universität des Saarlandes in Germany; he also holds a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Okan University. Since 2019, he has been serving as the General Director of Irmak Schools, leading the institution’s development with a strategic management approach centered on academic excellence, student well-being, and institutional sustainability. He actively takes part in the effective integration of International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes (PYP, MYP, DP), accreditation processes, and the structuring of teacher development systems. Holding international certifications in social-emotional learning (SEL), character education, and life skills, Yoleri serves as both a trainer and trainer of trainers within the Lions Quest programme, and conducts high-impact training and consultancy for various institutions. With his data-driven management approach, participatory leadership style, and international perspective, he contributes to transforming educational institutions into innovative and sustainable structures that adapt to a changing world.
