Student Development

Program Outcomes

The Harvard Model Congress Turkiye Middle School Program aims not only to provide students with an authentic international conference experience but also to develop their communication, critical thinking, research, collaboration, and leadership skills through practical learning.

Through training sessions led by Harvard College students and Junior Model United Nations committee simulations, participants gain the confidence to express their ideas, evaluate different perspectives, and work collaboratively toward shared solutions, making a meaningful contribution to both their academic and personal development.

Upon completing the program, students develop a deeper awareness of global issues, strengthen their academic participation, and gain practical experience in diplomacy and negotiation by taking part in committee sessions. Awarded with the Harvard Model Congress Certificate of Participation, this prestigious experience enhances students’ academic portfolios and serves as a valuable reference for their future educational goals.
