Dr. Parlayan is an academician, experienced business, quality, and management consultant, and entrepreneur. He has participated in 12 national and international scientific projects and published over 30 scientific articles and conference presentations/oral presentations.
Educated in Canada, Japan, and Türkiye, he possesses international professional experience in research and development, business, project management, and quality management.
His scientific research areas include Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Artificial Intelligence, personalized medicine, entrepreneurship, information law, digital forensics, cybersecurity, green economy, sustainable governance, sustainability reporting, international relations, project management, and quality management.
He is the official alumni representative of the University of Toronto in Türkiye. He volunteers in numerous social responsibility projects and associations.
